客製化檢查

專業的醫護人員依您的個人年齡、性別、生活工作環境及病史等不同需求，設計符合您的健康檢查計畫與需檢查的項目。

健康管理師一條龍服務

特設置具有專業護理背景的「健康管理師」，針對公司體檢及高級健診的顧客，在檢查前先和受檢人接洽、溝通，檢查結果出來後，提醒受檢者聽取專業醫師詳細解說，如有檢查數據異常狀況，主動協助轉介到適合的醫療團隊；為避免顧客因工作忙碌，疏忽追蹤健康情況，健康管理師會定期給予提醒，若沒有來追蹤會進一步了解原因，讓顧客健康能獲得完整的醫療保障。

1.請攜帶:
①健保卡、身分證件、公教服務證，以便確認身份，同時可辦理免費癌症篩檢。
②健康狀況問卷表、勞工一般體格及健康檢查紀錄、同意書等（請事先填妥）。
③糞便採集盒請依說明方法取樣，檢查前一日或當日留取，女性請避開生理期。
④健檢項目有運動心電圖項目者，請自備一雙運動鞋。

2.請於檢查前一天晚上12時起禁食（包括開水、口香糖等）需空腹8小時，若口渴時可用清水漱口，但請勿吞入。

3.為求檢驗正確性，女性請在生理期結束後約5天再安排受檢。例如尿液檢查，女性懷孕期間或疑似懷孕，請於檢查前主動告知服務人員，並避免接受含放射線檢查的項目(如電腦斷層、X光攝影、骨質密度檢查等)。

4.檢查項目有胃鏡或腸鏡檢查者，若您正在使用阿斯匹靈、抗凝血劑、抗血小板製劑，請於檢查前先與您的醫師討論是否能在鏡檢前7天暫停服用，如無法停藥，請主動告知，檢查當日攜帶藥物供醫師參考。

5.若您個人有安排無痛麻醉腸胃鏡檢查，當日因安全考量，需監測氧氣含氧量，需卸除光療指甲或指甲油。為避免殘餘藥物作用導致危險發生，請勿開（騎）車，體檢結束後需有家屬陪同或另行搭車離開

6.若有發燒、重感冒或嚴重身體不適者，建議延期做健康檢查(接受無痛胃腸鏡者請依衛教內容做腸道準備)。

7.進入醫院，執行健康檢查期間，仍建議全程「配戴口罩」。

A.紅線R9－中央公園站下車：

(1)由1號出口轉乘100號公車至苓雅市場站下車，步行1分鐘即可到達

(2)由1號出口轉乘高市公車中華幹線至苓雅路口或苓洲國小站下車，步行5分鐘即可到達

B.紅線R8－三多商圈站下車：

(1)從7號出口出站至高市公車大遠百百貨站候車處（三多四路遠東百貨對面）
轉乘100、83號公車至苓雅市場站下車，步行1分鐘即可到達

(2)搭乘12號公車，至苓雅路口下車，步行5分鐘即可到達

搭乘市內公車及高雄客運以下路線經本院附近公車站

(3)本院設有停車塔【位於成功路與四維路交叉口，四維路上派出所旁邊白色建築物】，請勿開休旅車。
